At the present time, suitable technical equipment is essential for accurate diagnosis, as well as the corresponding questioning and physical examination of the patient, all of which is carried out personally with attention paid to the smallest detail.

		Apart from the traditional electrocardiogram (ECG), we also have the following diagnostic resources in our surgeries: Cardiac ultrasound with Doppler 24-hour Holter EGC monitoring Long-duration Holter ECG monitoring (events) Outpatient arterial pressure monitoring Treadmill strength tests
Similarly, all our centres have a department of conventional radiology and can carry out blood tests for our patients, if so required. In this sense, we collaborate closely with the best clinical laboratories in our field (those of Echevarne, Durán y Bellido, Sabater, Cos, etc.)

As our speciality is highly technological, clearly not all types of cardiological examinations can be carried out in our centres. For the most common radiological techniques (x-rays, CAT, etc.) we are in contact with centres in both the city of Mataró and Barcelona.
Similarly, and when for whatever reason our patients may so desire, they can be referred to other centres in Barcelona for basic examinations to be carried out (Holter, ultrasound, etc.)
